10-4 Magazine / August 2026 17 The historic track is Ohio’s oldest continuously running 1/4-mile dragstrip, and now, with the Kuhnle Brothers name behind it, continues to operate today. The NHRA sanctioned track hosts a wide variety of events such as bracket racing, nostalgia shows, grudge nights, and of course one of our personal favorites, uphill semi drag races. Each year they coordinate two uphill semi drag race events featuring loaded and bobtail classes – one in June, the Semi Stampede, and the second in September, Unc’s Fall Brawl. The incredible success of their events is just another reminder of the dedication they put into each endeavor under the Kuhnle Brothers name. While both technology and truck transportation continue to evolve, the company’s commitment to dependable service and professional excellence remains unchanged. Sixty years after its journey began, Kuhnle continues to move forward with the same devotion that built its longstanding legacy. It’s a story of perseverance, growth, and a family-owned company that has become one of the most respected names in bulk and liquid hauling. Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to the success of Kuhnle Brothers over the past six decades. The first 60 years have been impressive – and the road ahead looks just as promising. n
