DECEMBER 2024 COVER FEATURE: www.tenfourmagazine.com Blayne Amoth (31) of Aamodt, Inc. out of Bonners Ferry, ID, which was started by his father Delton Amoth (59) in 1996, owns and operates this classic 1996 Peterbilt 362 cabover full time in the summer and fall months. Typically hooked to a 53’ Reitnouer 4-axle “maxi” flatbed, Blayne and the rest of the Aamodt fleet, which currently consists of one company truck and eight leased-on owner operators, haul various building materials throughout the Pacific Northwest. Powered by a 500-hp Cummins N14 Celect Plus hooked to an 18-speed, this long COE, with a factory 265” wheelbase, also still sports its original five-color factory paint job, even though it is a little faded, these days. Blayne, a fourth generation trucker from North Idaho, bought the cabover in 2019, and it has been a “rolling restoration” ever since.
