About four years ago, the president stepped down, then a year later, Chuck Kemner, who was the executive director for NAST, passed away. Jeremy was approached to see if he had any interest, otherwise it was going to be the end. Jeremy and Anne, along with Dave Laarman and Kendra Hendrixson, dove straight into this to keep it going.
