Driven every day by Gus, this truck, which features a 64” Double Eagle sleeper, a 14-liter Series 60 Detroit, an 18-speed, 3.55 rears, and a 285” wheelbase, is the real deal. Customized to look a lot like a 359 Peterbilt, it has no air bags or dump valves on the front. Hauling lumber and other building materials between central Oregon and Portland every day, Gus operates under Hulstein Transportation, a company his grandfather started in 1945, and is happily leased to Sunburst Trucking out of Redmond, OR.
