Built from various pieces, the chassis is a 1999, the cab is a 1989, and the engine is a fully CARB-compliant 550-hp Cummins ISX hooked to an 18-speed and 3.21 rear gears. Painted Solar Yellow with Viper Red, White and Black accents, the truck was put into service in 2017. Today, pulling a 1966 Fruehauf hay trailer, it has over 800,000 miles on the odometer and is used every day to haul hay and cattle (he has a Merritt cattle box he mounts on the hay bed and a pull trailer) in Southern Oregon, Nevada, and Northern California.
