Virtual GROUP PIANO/KEYBOARD LESSONS [7 - 13 yrs] Students will learn the fundamentals of piano playing, learn some exciting piano songs and will have a chance of participating at Oksana School Of Music annual Grand Recital at the end of the school year. Returning students are welcome! Must have at least a mini keyboard to participate in the class (which can be purchased directly from Amazon). Team formations and strategies in attacking and defensive situations are introduced. Technique is coached in more realistic situations where thinking and decision-making are encouraged. Players continue to improve fitness, speed, and strength and coordination through soccer related exercises. Not only is every child physically active, but they will have a ball exploring how to put these newly acquired techniques into a real game. 6 weeks. Session 1 5230 3:30pm - 4:15pm Tu 9/22 - 10/27 $129/$161 Location: LC Field 3 Session 2 5231 3:30pm - 4:15pm Tu 11/3 - 12/15 $129/$161 Location: LC Field 3 CHEERLEADING [5 - 14 yrs] In consideration of guidelines put in place as a result of COVID-19, the traditional Beverly Hills competitive cheerleading program will not be operating however a 7 week class is being offered to provide those interested with the opportunity to learn and review fundamentals in an outdoor environment. Each class will be open to only 10 participants with two coaches and held outdoors at Roxbury Park. Participants will maintain social distance and are required to wear a mask. The curriculum will include training in cheer motions, choreography, gymnastics, jumps and conditioning. 7 weeks. Introduction to Cheer - Cats [5 - 9 yrs] This class is geared to those interested in learning the basics about cheerleading. Open to participants in grades 1st-3rd grade. No experience necessary. 5236 4:00pm - 4:50pm Th 9/10 - 10/22 $180/$225 Location: RX Park Lawn Advanced Cheer - Tigers [10 - 14 yrs] This class is geared towards those with prior cheer experience of at least one year in the Beverly Hills cheer program. Open to participants in grades 4th-8th grade. 5237 5:00pm - 5:50pm Th 9/10 - 10/22 $180/$225 Location: RX Park Lawn GOT GAME SPORTS™ [7 - 14 yrs] Players of all skill levels are invited to this active flag football program! Due to Covid, campers will be placed in age-appropriate pods of 10-12 students, each with two coaches. Social distancing rules and health and safety protocols will be in effect. We concentrate on individual skill-building and cooperative developmental games appropriate for these circumstances, and we’re excited to get outside and have some fun!
