Please call Bill Wolff at (323) 403-6346 or via email at BHLBC@bowlnow.org for information about free lessons, and the most up to date rules of play and current policies. The Club bowls regularly on Sat/Sun at 10:00am and Wed at 12:00pm. Free lessons are available by appointment most Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9:00am. Face masks are required to play, and rules may be adjusted as needed to remain in compliance with current public health guidelines. VITALITY YOGA AND BALANCE Improve you balance, spinal flexibility and entire body strength with an experienced doctor of chiropractic. Be ready to laugh and connect your body movement to your mind and breath. Improve your bodys energy and allow for a guided mindful flow. The emphasis is on fun fitness in this low-impact class for all fitness levels and will challenge all major muscle groups.
