The program consists of three different teams which cater to both beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. Teams are divided based on age and transition appropriately with regards to skill progression. Under the direction of Joana Trocan-Garrett, this program has earned numerous awards, including National titles, and is recognized as one of the top All Star Prep Cheerleading programs in Southern California. All coaches are USASF Safety certi ed.. A MANDATORY PARENT INFO MEETING will be held for NEW and RETURNING parents on SATURDAY 8/22/26 via Zoom. Beverly Hills Cats (Intro to Cheer) [6 - 9yrs] The BH CATS team is an introduction to cheerleading program that culminates in a showcase for family and friends. No experience necessary. Instructor: Cheer 4 U Athletics. Min Participants: 10 Beverly Hills Cubs (Beginning/Intermediate Cheer) [7 - 12yrs] The BH Cubs team is a year-round program open to returning team members OR new members who meet the minimum requirement of a cartwheel. The team will train skills and learn choreography during the Fall and attend two to three local competitions in the Spring. Instructor: Cheer 4 U Athletics. Min Participants: 12 Beverly Hills Tigers (Competition Team) [10 - 15yrs] The BH Tigers team is a competitive year-round team open to returning Tigers team members OR new athletes in 6th - 9th grade that meet the minimum requirement of a backwalkover.
