TEEN SUMMER CAMP [11 - 14 yrs/grades 6 - 8] Join summer camp staff for Teen Camp at Horace Mann! Throughout the summer staff will focus on sports, fitness, music, art, technology and team building. Each week fundamentals and rules of a specific sport will be covered in the morning while art, music, and traditional camp activities will take place in the afternoon. NO FIELD TRIPS. COUNSELOR IN TRAINING (CIT) PROGRAM 2023 [15 yrs] Learn the basics of being a summer camp counselor while having fun! Counselors in Training (CIT) will develop important job skills, work with children, learn leadership traits, and build their resumes. CITs will assist with day-to-day camp activities and lead games and craft projects. Participants will have the opportunity to assist at Camp Beverly Hills or Catskills West summer camps. Successful candidates will complete the online application and interview process before attending the mandatory training on Sunday, June 11. Applications will be available online starting May 1.
