24 | SPRING 2024 DYNAMO SPORTS CLUB MARTIAL ARTS [15+ yrs] Sensei Boris Brezhnev and the Dynamo coaching staff are experts in conditioning, strength, endurance, exibility, and techniques that are necessary for pursuing the sport of judo, wrestling, SAMBO (Russian Martial Art), grappling and combat sports. FITNESS PILATES - OPEN LEVEL [18+ yrs] Pilates is a total body physical tness system that engages the body and mind through a series of exercises that blend strength and exibility. We work all the major muscle groups of the body, emphasizing the core muscles and the smaller accessory muscles, thus creating a long, lean physique without adding bulk. Adults BREATH-WORK SOUND MEDITATION [18+ yrs] We’re excited to invite you to our Sound and Breath- work Meditation one-day workshops. Each gathering is uniquely crafted to cultivate a sense of community, foster meaningful connections, and create a supportive space for all participants. All sessions are designed to provide adults, families, and women a unique experience to be remembered. Chana Gedy, a sound-bath and breath- work artist will be with you, facilitating a deeper connection between mind and body through tranquil sound meditation.
