Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm NEW CAMP POLICIES: • No in-person registration on the first day of camp. Proof of Residency: Beverly Hills residents must pro- vide proof of residency. Send a current copy of your Southern California Edison bill or water bill with your name and Beverly Hills address on it. Camp Fees: Beverly Hills residents receive the lower fee listed. Non-residents pay the higher fee. No Late Registration Accepted: REGISTER EARLY! Your early registration enables the camp to be held. Cancellation may occur when pre-enrollments are low. Fee Assistance Program: Was established to ensure that all City residents are afforded an opportunity to participate in Community Services Department programs. Call 310.285.6850 to request an application or information. Check-In/Check-Out (in-person: All Camp participants must be checked-in and checked-out of Camp each day and only by the parent(s), guardian(s), or designate(s) on the supplemental form received upon receipt of registration. Must bring U.S. photo driver’s license or valid California photo ID. No exceptions. Allergies: For the safety of your child, please note all allergies on the online registration form and advise each Camp Director. City Reserves the Right: The City reserves the right to deny or remove any persons from any programs offered through the Community Services Department if such person or his or her parent(s) or guardian(s), if a minor is involved, engages or has engaged in behavior that is disruptive to the orderly conduct of the programs or engages or has engaged in threatening or abusive behavior toward staff or an instructor. Refund Policy: No refund unless camp is canceled by the Department or space can be filled from the activity waiting list. REFUND/TRANSFER Requests must be made one week prior to the start of camp. • Refund Requests must be submitted online at www.beverlyhills.org/refund. • Email: BHReg@beverlyhills.org to submit a Transfer Request. • Late request will be reviewed on a case by case bases. A $10 administrative charge will be assessed for each request. RETURNED CHECKS are subject to a service charge.
