CAMP REFUND POLICY: Refund Requests must be made 7 days prior to the star t of camp. • There will be NO REFUNDS for late requests unless the camp is canceled by the department or space can be lled from the activity waiting list. • There will be NO REFUNDS after the start of the second day of the camp week. • Participant’s inability to participate in camp will require a thorough doctor’s note. • • • • An $11 administrative fee will be accessed for each week of camp requested per child. • Refund Request must be submitted by completing a refund request form at www.beverlyhills.org/refund. Refunds will be reviewed and processed from the submission date. No exceptions. Refund Requests submitted via email will not be accepted. No CAMP TRANSFER REQUEST Transfer Requests must be made 7 days prior to the star t of camp. • An $11 administrative fee will be accessed to each request per child per week. • Registered camp participants will require that the space be lled in registered camp. • Late requests will not be accepted within the week of the camp start date as there is not enough time to ll space from registered camp. • Department Showcase Discount will not be transferrable after May 1, 2023. Waitlist Process • A waitlist is established once a camp is lled. If a vacancy occurs, waitlist participants will be noti ed by email in the order they were placed on the list. • Participants will receive an email invitation link sent to the main account holder’s email/username. • The invitation link will expire within 24 hours. Failure to complete the registration will result in the name being removed from the waitlist, and the next participant will be invited. • A pro-rated camp fee will only be provided if invited from the waitlist after the start of camp. Participants must start by the second day of the camp week. - A full refund will only be provided if your space can be filled from the waiting list before the start of camp. - A pro-rated refund will be provided if your space has been filled minus any dates that have been missed. - Refund request due to COVID will require a doctor’s note or an official document with the participant’s name, test date, and positive result. A photo of an at-home test will not be accepted.
