Register now at beverlyhills.org/summercamps |23 CAMP REFUND POLICY: Refund Requests must be made 10 days prior to the star t of camp. • There will be NO REFUNDS for late requests unless the camp is canceled by the department. • Participant’s inability to participate in camp will require a doctor’s note. A request will be denied without documentation at the time of submission and a new request form will be required. All refund requests must be submitted before the camp week has ended. • A $12 administrative fee will be accessed for each week of camp requested per child. • Refund Requests must be submitted by completing the refund request form at beverlyhills.org/refund. Refund requests submitted via email will not be accepted. • Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days. CAMP TRANSFER REQUEST Transfer Requests must be made 10 days prior to the star t of camp. • A $12 administrative fee will be accessed to each request per child per week. Any difference in fees must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to complete payment will result in the name being removed from the camp roster. • Department Showcase Discount will not be transferrable. Transfer Requests must be submitted by completing the transfer request form at www.beverlyhills.org/transfer. Transfer requests submitted via email will not be accepted. Waitlist Process • A waitlist is established once a camp is lled. If a vacancy occurs, waitlist participants will be noti ed by email in the order they were placed on the list. • Participants will receive an email invitation link sent to the main account holder’s email/username. • The invitation link will expire within 24 hours. Failure to complete the registration will result in the name being removed from the waitlist, and the next participant will be invited. • A pro-rated camp fee will only be provided if invited from the waitlist after the start of camp. Participants must start by the second day of the camp week. Camp Document Requirements • Medical Release and Pickup Authorization Forms will be required the Thursday before the camp start date. • A link to the forms will be provided on your receipt or you can visit beverlyhills.com/campforms to complete the required information. • IMPORTANT : Changes to the form will need to be made by clicking on the ‘edit my submission’ link on the con rmation email after your form has been submitted.
