Register now at beverlyhills.org/summercamps |23 CAMP REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY: Requests for refunds or transfers must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the start of camp. • Requests received after the deadline will not be accepted unless the camp is canceled by the department. • A $13 administrative fee will apply to each refund or transfer request per child per week. • Requests must be submitted by completing the refund request form at beverlyhills.org/refund or the transfer request form at beverlyhills.org/transfer. Requests submitted via email will not be accepted. • All requests will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days. REFUND REQUEST • If the refund request is for medical reasons, a doctor’s note will be required. A request without proper documentation at submittal will be denied. All refund requests must be completely submitted before the conclusion of camp. • Refund requests must be submitted before the conclusion of camp due to payment obligations to the camp vendor. No exceptions. TRANSFER REQUEST • Any difference in fees must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to complete payment will result in the removal from the camp roster. • Department Showcase Discount will not be transferrable. Waitlist Process • A waitlist is established once a camp is filled. If a vacancy occurs, waitlist participants will be notified by email in the order they were placed on the list. • Participants will receive an email invitation link sent to the main account holder’s email/username. • The invitation link will expire within 24 hours. Failure to complete the registration will result in removal from the waitlist, and the next participant will be invited. • A pro-rated camp fee will only be provided if invited from the waitlist after the start of camp. Participants must be able to start by the second day of camp. Camp Document Requirements • Medical Release and Pickup Authorization Forms will be required the Thursday before the camp start date. • A link to the forms will be provided on your receipt or you can visit beverlyhills.com/campforms to complete the required information. • IMPORTANT: Changes to the form will need to be made by clicking on the ‘Edit my Submission’ link on the confirmation email after your form has been submitted.
