Of ce Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Proof of Residency: Beverly Hills residents receive reduced fees for Recreation & Parks program registration by submitting the required bi-annual proof of residency. To qualify, complete the Proof of Residency Form and upload either a recent utility bill or a current, executed rental agreement. Documents must show the account holder’s full name and Beverly Hills residential address, be dated within the last 90 days, and cannot be business addresses, personal mail, P.O. boxes, or BHUSD Grandparent Permits. Proof must be approved by Thursday, March 19, 2026. Customers not approved by this date—or at the time of registration or reservation— will be charged non-resident rates, and the difference will not be refunded, even if proof is provided later. Submissions are reviewed by staff and may take up to two business days. Full policy and document requirements are at beverlyhills.org/POR. Camp Fees: Beverly Hills residents receive the lower fee listed. No Late Registration Accepted: REGISTER EARLY! Your early registration enables the camp to be held. Cancellation may occur when preenrollments are low. Registration will close Thursday at 5pm prior to the camp start date. No in-person registration on the rst day of camp. Fee Assistance Program: Was established to ensure that all City residents are afforded an opportunity to participate in Community Services Department programs. Check-In/Check-Out (in-person): All Camp participants must be checked-in and checked-out of Camp each day and only by the parent(s), guardian(s), or designee(s) on the listed at registration. Must provide U.S. photo driver’s license or valid California photo ID. No exceptions. Allergies: For the safety of your child, please note all allergies at registration and advise each Camp Director. City Reserves the Right: The City reserves the right to deny or remove any persons from any programs offered through the Community Services Department who engages or has engaged in behavior that is disruptive to the orderly conduct of the programs or engages or has engaged in threatening or abusive behavior toward staff or an instructor.
