In celebration of winter, we have a full lineup of amazing enrichment and recreational classes, and an abundance of special events happening throughout the next few months. A few eventful highlights coming this season: Winter Greetings On the Cover! The annual Holidays at Greystone event brings winter wonderland magic to the enchanted Greystone Mansion & Gardens with spectacularly bedecked and festive space bursting with joy for all seasons! Families and children of all ages discover experiences that bring laughter and joy with multi-cultural activities and decorations! We wish you and your family a bright and festive holiday season and a joyous new year! All the best, Stephanie Harris, Director Community Services Department Debbie Allen Dance Academy (DADA) has partnered with the City of Beverly Hills and her renowned faculty and commitment to further the art of dance will now touch the lives of our students. DADA will be offering youth dance classes in Hip Hop, Jazz & Tap, and Ballet. Look for her classes and the hundreds of other recreational and enrichment course offerings this winter. Holidays at Greystone: This spectacularly festive, multicultural (and very popular) event returns to Greystone Mansion on Saturday, December 6th and Sunday, December 7th - bringing families together to usher in the holiday season this winter. You and your loved ones will witness beautiful holiday décor, live caroling and performances by the Bab Baker Marionettes, and everyone can participate in Winter Wonderland photo opportunities, hands-on arts & crafts, holiday-themed games, and so much more. Don’t forget to stop by the upper parking lot to take a ride on the holiday train! Beverly Hills Public Library is an award-winning library, providing access to an outstanding book collection and library materials, passport services, unique events, and a robust youth program, not to mention the awesome digital services and resources that are available. Upcoming programs in the library include, The Jingle Holiday Puppet Show and monthly book discussion groups with new facilitator, Rochelle Ginsberg. Make your winter brighten with knowledge and check out the library today! Santa Paws Yappy Hour celebrates your four-legged fur-iends at the Beverly Hills Dog Park on Sunday December 14! Snap a holiday photo with your fur-iend and Santa Paws, enjoy festive Christmas and Hanukkah-themed photo opportunities, and help support the Amanda Foundation with monetary donations and canine items for pets in need. Bring your festive spirit and come have a howling good time! Music in the Mansion: Now in its 32nd year, this exceptional classical music concert series features Beverly Hills National Audition winners each month in January, February and March. Enjoy this boutique series of concerts showcasing extraordinary music-making in the historical and spectacular setting of the Greystone Mansion living room. Watch for details, coming soon!
