FY 2023-2028 CIP Budget Book

The FY 2023/24 and FY 2024/25 CIP Budget proposes a combined total of 53 projects for a total fund request in the amount of $33,485,313. The FY 2023/24 and FY 2024/25 CIP Budget also includes $33,902,057 of unfunded projects. To mitigate the shortage of funds for critical projects, City staff actively identifies and applies for grant opportunities from state and federal programs. Grants are used to complete the necessary funding for the design, environmental, and/or construction phases of projects.
