Phase 1 ‐ is the conceptual design that was completed in 2016 and updated in 2019. Phase 2 ‐ will include the Environmental Impact Report for construction of an Alternative Recreation facility like a Pump Track and additional trail amenities, to be completed in Winter 2020. Phase 3 ‐ will comprise of the construction of the Pump Track and trail with tentative completion in Spring 2021. Phase 4 ‐ will be the design and construction of the Recreation Facilities identified in Phase 1; completion will be determined when funding is available.
