The City will annex this project to the Citywide Community Facilitiees District (CFD) and will budget street sweeping, lighting, and landscape maintenance to its yearly maintenance budget. Target Construction Start: Construction Duration: Priority: Category: Department: Project Description, Purpose, and Need: The project will provide an additional east ‐ west connection relieving traffic congestion at Newport Road and Scott Road. This project will construct a new 4 ‐ lane bridge overcrossing and roadway at Holland Road over Interstate 215 (I ‐ 215) between Haun Road and Hanover Road. In addition, the project includes dedicated bike lanes, sidewalk, traffic signal, street lighting, signage and striping.
