The project will replace the existing Bradley Road grade crossing on Salt Creek with a proposed 2 ‐ lane bridge from Rio Vista Drive to Potomac Drive. The proposed bridge includes a 12 ‐ foot median, 8 ‐ foot shoulders on both sides, street lights, and 6 ‐ foot pedestrian sidewalks on both sides. In addition the project proposed to construct major storm drains and re ‐ align the existing Salt Creek Trail crossing to the bridge level. Environmental / Design Project Map Connectivity & Mobility Current Year Estimates TOTAL 16,107,581 $ Street maintenance over a 15 year period will consist of a Slurry seal treatment at years 5 and 10, and AC overlay at year 15. Maintenance cost over a 15 year period is estimated to be $380,000.
