The purpose of the CIP is to establish a comprehensive framework for the long-term planning and implementation of priority public infrastructure projects. The CIP is a critical financial planning tool designed to make the best and highest use of available funding and resources, both now and into the future. The Fiscal Year 2023-2028 CIP has been developed in alignment with the guiding principles and goals found in the Menifee Strategic Plan 2023-2028. The projects included in the CIP represent both critical needs and future visioning to support Menifee’s continued growth as a premier, safe, thriving, and inclusive city.
