12 WINTER 2024 MEET OFFICER HUNTER O¢cer Hunter serves as the Homeless Liaison O¢cer for the Menifee Police Department and is an essential member of the Problem-Oriented Policing (POP) Team. Alongside partners from the Riverside University Health System (RUHS), O¢cer Hunter is dedicated to supporting homeless individuals in our community by providing access to a wide variety of resources. These resources include outreach services, addiction recovery programs, housing assistance, mental health support, and more. In addition, the RUHS team is specifically trained to assist homeless individuals facing behavioral health challenges while also o ering vital housing support services, ensuring comprehensive care and pathways to stability. The Menifee Police Department also encourages our residents to practice Responsible Compassion when supporting our homeless neighbors. We recommend partnering with local organizations to donate items, ensuring that contributions are directed where they can have the greatest impact.
