10 WINTER 2024 Waste Collection does not occur on the following holidays: • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day • New Year's Day Residential collection service will be delayed one day following the above holidays. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there will be no delay. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE • Keep recyclables clean: Never bag recyclables or dispose of plastic bags in your recycling bin. Place items directly into the recycling container. Plastic bags belong in the trash. • Recycle your holiday tree: Give your real Christmas tree a second life! Remove all decorations, lights, and stands, then place it next to your carts for curbside collection. Last day for collection is January 8, 2025. • Flatten those cardboard boxes: Ensure boxes are empty and free of any plastic or packaging materials. Remove shipping labels and tape. Breakdown and flatten boxes before placing them in your recycling cart. This holiday season let’s make a commitment to Recycle Right, and help our community thrive!
