Miki brings decades of nonprofit leadership experience shaped by hands-on work across residential services and community programs before stepping into executive leadership. Most recently, Miki served as President and CEO of Wayfinder Family Services and previously led Para Los Niños, where she expanded access to critical programs, strengthened services, and spearheaded major capital projects that broadened community impact across California. “I’m honored to join the incredible Martha’s Village & Kitchen community,” Miki shares. “The organization’s commitment to compassion, dignity, and opportunity truly reflects the values that have guided my life’s work.” Jordan has deep philanthropic roots in Los Angeles and service to others. Her family founded Fred Jordan Mission in 1944, serving the homeless in Skid Row, Los Angeles. From early childhood, Miki has been involved in helping those in need, demonstrating her deep commitment to serving vulnerable communities. Miki’s visionary leadership, proven experience, and passion for service make her the ideal person to lead Martha’s into its next chapter. We are confident that under her stewardship, MVK will expand its reach and impact, helping even more families and individuals in the Coachella Valley to rebuild their lives with hope and opportunity.
