MEN IN PHILANTHROPY - PAGE 6 DESERT CHARITIES NEWS SPOTLIGHT DARRELL TUCCI LT Strategic Advisors Founding Parnter Making A Di erence Empathy is the core of my leadership and giving. After nine years as chief development and strategy o˜cer at DAP Health and 15 additional years in philanthropy, I founded LT Strategic Advisors to help nonprofit and political organizations clarify strategy, grow financially, and scale impact. In the desert, I support fundraising for initiatives at DAP Health as well as the PS Plaza Theatre and PS Public Library foundations—investing in arts, literacy, and healthcare access for all. As an Equality California board member, I fight for LGBTQ+ equality statewide— because equity is empathy in action. My goal: connect values to impact and strengthen communities. BRAM CONLEY Combining his passion for music, spirit of volunteerism and his administrative expertise, Bram Conley leads PSIPC as its President of the Board of Directors. This new challenge was a natural fit for the Rancho Mirage-based French horn player. For more than 20 years, Bram has been a musician in numerous regional orchestras, chamber ensembles and stage performances throughout Southern California. He has been principal horn in the Huntington Beach Symphony Orchestra and principal horn with the Vineyard Touring Opera Company. He frequently performs with the Desert Winds Freedom Band and is often asked to perform throughout the Coachella Valley. When he’s not playing the French horn, Bram is the senior associate psychotherapist with David Plotkin, PhD & Associates and a Psychotherapist in private practice. Bram’s keen focus on grieving led his to his volunteering at summer camp, counseling youth who’ve experienced the death of a family member. This rewarding experience has helped numerous teens throughout Southern California deal with the trauma which results from a significant loss. Through his involvement with PSIPC, the organization has significantly increased its educational program, its senior enrichment program and its hands-on keyboard classes. Bram’s primary goal was to re-engage past Competition laureates and have them perform throughout the Valley. Four Laureates are performing at five concerts during the 2025-26 Season. The next Competition will be held in January 2028. Bram and his Artistic Team have created an exceptional competition structure to celebrate PSIPC’s 50th Anniversary in January 2028.
