On December 1, 2023, world renowned cellist Sara Sant’Ambrogio and pianist Robert Koenig present Latin Fire. In celebration of their hotly anticipated new CD recording of Latin music, “Ecstasy” the duo will perform popular favorites. This incredible performance will be followed by a reception celebrating Latin culture, music and food. On January 29, 2024, PSIPC presents Shining Stars in the Desert, an evening featuring two of music’s fastest rising stars. New York Jazz Sensation Anais Reno along with renowned Music Director/Pianist Pete Malinverni will make their Coachella Valley debut. Joining the evening will be 17-year-old virtuosic pianist, Nathaniel Zhang, winner of the Waring 2019 Competition. This evening will pay tribute to Board Member and Advisory Board Chairperson, JoAnn Wellner. On February 29, 2024, join An Evening with PSIPC & Friends, featuring performances by our stellar and talented Board of Directors, and members of our desert musical community. This evening will showcase a diverse program of popular classical favorites as well brilliant compositions of our President, Joe Giarrusso. Performers will include Artistic Director Emeritus John Bayless, French hornist Bram Conley, mezzo-sporant Elaine Wang Meyerhoffer, pianist Howard Schreiber, vocalist Debra Pollock, flutist Sherri Marmon, the piano duo of Giorgi & Anna Latso and Artistic Director and Pianist Robert Koenig. PSIPC ends the season on March 26, 2024 with Jonathan Mamora in Concert. Riverside County native Mamora returns to the desert following debut at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
