Through our programs, we assist families struggling to provide nutritious food and offer crucial supplies like diapers and formula through our infant care services. In times of emergency, such as illness or job loss, we provide temporary assistance with utility bills and rent. Our services also extend to seniors, offering Depends and nutritional drinks. Seasonal farmworkers and immigrants can find a warm meal and a place to rest at our Lady of Guadalupe shelter. A new $ 4 million shelter expansion, set to be completed in November 2024, will significantly expand our capacity to serve those in need. This 6,000-square-foot facility will double our overnight accommodations for a total of 150 beds. This expansion has been made possible through the generous support of our community, Riverside County, organizations, and private donors bringing our vision to life and providing immense blessings to the East Coachella Valley.
