Richland High gets a sport after 56 years Orange Unified Public Schools Foundation (OUPSF) partnered with George Pla of the Cordoba Corporation to support the newly formed handball team at Rich- land High, the first sport there since 1968. The donation of $4,000 will give athletes a practice/game shirt, fund a training camp, a weekly team dinner, healthy snacks and water during practices and games, and an end-season banquet with awards and recog- nition. In addition to providing ath- letes an opportunity to compete, build teamwork and camaraderie, the sport will generate renewed school spirit, positive social me- dia and aid in attendance.
