Gates open at 5:30 p.m., and the show starts at approximately 7:45 p.m. There will be food for sale, a kids’ fun zone, raffle prize drawings and an autograph ses - sion after the show. Individuals can also bring their own picnic. Lythgoe Family Productions (“American Idol”) is producing, and lead actors Barry Pearl as the Wizard and Lauren Samuels as Glinda have extensive stage and movie experience. One of the most exciting changes to Broad - way in the Park will take place behind the actors on a 20 x 40- foot video projection wall featur - ing the artistry of Aaron Rhyme, with over 100 productions to his credit. “We have pulled out all the stops, and it is guaranteed to be a spectacular show,” said Co-chair Cathy Crair. Villa Park Women’s League commences new year Another fiscal year has begun, and new leadership is ready to lead the Villa Park Women’s League into this new term. The group is excited about the op - portunities and possibilities that lie ahead.
