Conservative Patriots present candidate and state initiative After a summer hiatus, Conservative Patriots of Orange County begins the fall season with featured speaker U.S. Senatorial candidate Eric Early, at its Thursday, Sept. 21 meeting. The Our Neighborhood Voices initiative will be presented by Jane Rice. This critical initiative must be placed on the Nov. 24, 2024 ballot. Learn how you can protect your neighborhood from high- density developer buildout and restore local residential zoning control, and how you can help. Materials will be available. The meeting will be held at the Santa Ana Elks Lodge, 1751 Elk St., Santa Ana. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; a buffet dinner will be served. Dodge College ranks high Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts is once again ranked in the influen- tial No. 4 spot for the third year in a row on “The Hollywood Re- porter’s” list of best film schools in the country. The publication cited Dodge’s ability to offer students intimate workshops and discussions with the industry’s award- winning actors, directors, and screenwriters. Just an hour’s drive from Hollywood, Chapman’s Dodge College takes advantage of the proximity by bringing in such A-list talent as Brendan Fraser, Michelle Yeoh and Colin Ferrell, to speak with the students. Dodge has a commitment to spend $750,000 a year in tech up- dates, and received a $2.5 million anonymous gift in May support- ing an Innovation Hub.
