The festivities begin at 3:30 p.m. with kids’ activities, a pho- to opportunity with Santa, and booths from non-profit groups. The official musical program be- gins at 5:15 p.m. with songs by a local youth choir, the lighting of the tree, and traditional carols by a choir and orchestra led by Mi- chael Short. This event is being funded through the efforts of the Orange Community Master Chorale with support from the Community Foundation of Orange A Winter Wonderland features a bounce house, crafts booths and a train ride. Public parking is available at the West Metrolink parking struc- ture on Lemon St. By Guy Ball “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town,” has been sung since the 1930s, so it’s fitting that Santa is returning to the historic locale of Old Town Tustin on Friday, Dec. 6 for a Tustin Christmas Tree Lighting and Holiday Stroll. This year the free community celebration will be held at El Camino Real and 3rd Street and features venders, photos with Santa, stage performances and music, children’s activities in- cluding face painting. The event occurs between 6 and 8:30 p.m. with a Dreamers Seasonal festivities come to canyon Downtown Silverado Canyon will soon be adorned with Christ- mas lights and festive décor, ready for the 13th Annual Christmas in the Canyons, on Saturday, Dec. 14.
