Missed Classes-We do not offer make-up classes or credits when individual customers miss a class for natural disasters, illness, travel, or personal reasons. In the rare instance when a teacher needs to miss a class, our staff will find a substitute or notify you via phone or email that class is canceled or rescheduled. Refunds-Refund requests must be received seven days before the first class meeting unless otherwise stated. A $20 processing fee per class applies to all refunds. Special programs, for which refunds do not apply, include Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), and Bright Beginnings Preschool class Levels 5 – 10.
