1 Welcome to the 2026 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS), the best place to find what’s new, what’s next and what’s shaping the home building industry. There’s no better place to find the hottest new products, dynamic education programs and the biggest networking opportunity of the year. Your IBS registration gives you access to the exhibit floor, where you will find the latest products, materials and technologies to impress your customers and grow your business. The 2026 IBS Exhibit halls are once again organized into six easy-to-navigate product and service segments, plus the Outdoor Exhibits — making it easier to find the products and services you’re looking for. For the 13th year, the Builders’ Show is co-located with the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show® (KBIS) as part of Design & Construction Week® (DCW). Combined, IBS and KBIS feature more than 2,250 exhibitors across 1.2 million square feet and over 115,000 registrants – making DCW the largest annual gathering of the residential and light construction industry in the world. IBS registration also gives you access to the KBIS show floor. But IBS is more than exhibits. It’s an unmatched learning experience. With more than 120 education sessions, you’ll find valuable insights for every niche and learning style. • Building Knowledge Sessions are 60-minute sessions across nine tracks that are the foundation of IBS Education. • Super Sessions are popular topics reimagined into high-energy, in-depth experiences. • Game Changers pair an industry CEO with an expert from outside the residential construction industry to learn techniques, strategies and approaches tailored for our industry. • AI & Tech Studio offers sharp and smart sessions grounded in real-world applications, tailored for residential construction pros to explore the latest technology and innovations transforming our industry. Be sure to tour The New American Home® and The New American Remodel®, the two official show homes of IBS 2026. These homes highlight the latest in design, construction methods and innovation — and are always attendee favorites. IBS is also the ultimate place to connect. Visit the five IBS Centrals — Custom Building, Design, Multifamily, Remodeling and Sales — for focused networking, live demos and expert discussions with peers who share your interests. And don’t forget to have fun! Start your week at the DCW Opening Ceremonies, then enjoy the energy of the IBS House Party, Young Pro Party and the always-popular Closing Concert. I hope you have a fantastic time here in Orlando. Discover the latest products, learn from industry experts and build relationships that will last long after the show ends. It’s all happening right here at the 2026 International Builders’ Show. Children and Strollers During show hours, children under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times when in the exhibit areas. Registration of children is complimentary and must be done on-site. All children except infants in backpacks or slings must be registered and display a badge to be admitted to the exhibit areas. Strollers and children are permitted in the exhibit areas only during published show hours. Attendees assume all risks associated with the use of strollers on the show floor, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage. Children are prohibited during non-show hours. Live Animals Live animals of any kind are not allowed on the exhibit floor, with the exception of service animals. Lost and Found Lost and Found articles should be reported to the NAHB Show Operations Office located in West 205A. Following the Show, inquiries on lost articles may be directed to the Events & Business Development Group, 1201 15th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005, (202) 266-8184. Non-Exhibitor Solicitation Policy An entity not exhibiting at the Exposition but holding an exhibit demonstration or display in an Orlando hotel, meeting room or other non-Exposition venue during the Exposition (“suitcasing”), will lose exhibitor priority points, which will affect space selection at future Expositions. If an Exhibitor cancels their official Exposition space and “suitcases” in any non-official venue during Exposition dates, then the Exhibitor will lose all of its priority points for future Expositions. On-Site Soliciting by Working Press Attendees IBS and KBIS have a zero-tolerance policy for on-site soliciting by attendees with complimentary working press credentials. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, marketing and sales of satellite tours and marketing and sales of ad space for any publication. Anyone found engaging in such behavior will be subject to having their working press credentials revoked immediately. NAHB and NKBA reserve the right to enforce the rules and policies as deemed appropriate. Enforcement of these rules and policies may result in the ejection from the premises. Non-Editorial/Paid Press registration is available for marketing, public relations, advertising, sales, publishers, and other non-editorial employees who plan to engage in any sales or marketing activities. Filming Policy For safety and legal reasons, NAHB and Emerald Expositions, the show manager for KBIS, strictly limit taping at the IBS and KBIS during Design & Construction Week. NAHB and Emerald Expositions require all video and production crews to request permission to record on either show floor, and to apply in advance as either a media production company or an exhibitor videography crew. All production companies and videography crews must pre-register and submit their applications by Friday, January 23, 2026. On-site registration will not be available. Local network news crews are the exception to this rule and may register on site. • A Media Production Company is a crew that is taping for a show that is in current production and booked to air on a recognized network or station. NAHB and Emerald Expositions will determine at their sole discretion whether a network or station is “recognized,” and any such decision shall be final. • A Exhibitor Videography Crew is a camera crew or cameraman contracted by an IBS or KBIS exhibitor to record solely in that exhibitor’s booth for that company’s private/non-broadcast use only. All Videography crews should have registered and completed the required paperwork in advance of the show. Upon approval, crews will be provided with camera tags to gain access to the show floor. • Producers scouting for a show or others who do not meet these qualifications must purchase Non-Editorial Press/Paid Press passes and may not bring cameras onto either show floor. No other individuals other than approved crews will be permitted to carry a video camera into the exhibit area. NAHB and Emerald Expositions reserve the right to remove representatives of any Production Company or Videography Crew from the show if they deem that the company or its representative(s) in any way violated stated policies and/or misrepresented itself or the nature of its business. NAHB and Emerald Expositions furthermore reserve the right to confiscate all recordings taken inside any of the IBS or KBIS exhibit areas or education areas. Anyone removed from the show forfeits their right to any and all refunds, including but not limited to any fees paid, production costs, travel costs and any money paid to their staff and crews. In no event will NAHB or Emerald Expositions be responsible or liable for the out-of-pocket expenditures or other commitments of the Production Company or Videography Crew. For more information on this policy, please go to BuildersShow.com/presspolicies.
