32 Student Competition Now in its 35th year, the NAHB Student Competition welcomes 91 teams of NAHB Student Chapter members as they present solutions to a real-world residential construction project. Each team develops and presents a comprehensive proposal—including a site plan, product design, cost estimate, schedule, marketing plan, and cash flow forecast—before a panel of building executives and a live audience.
