Monorail The Las Vegas Monorail is a safe, clean and reliable way to travel between the LVCC and the following hotels: MGM Grand, Horseshoe Las Vegas, Paris, Flamingo, Harrah’s, The LINQ, Westgate and Sahara. Monorail passes purchased through IBS registration will be linked to your IBS badge. To add a monorail pass to your badge onsite, log back into your registration record online or visit any IBS Attendee Registration counter. The pass is embedded in the QR code on the badge, therefore no reprint is required. As you approach the Center, follow the directions of the traffic control officers to find the quickest and easiest access to parking. FEE: $10 per car per day (Includes Re-Entry Privileges) Note: Please follow the direction of the traffic control officers. A comprehensive exit plan has been developed to help alleviate traffic congestion when the show closes. Overnight parking is not permitted. Vehicles left on the property overnight will be towed at the owner’s risk and expense. The Loop The Vegas Loop is a fast convenient way to get around the Convention Center. Attendees can access Vegas Loop at Las Vegas Convention Center via four stations: • South Station – Back end of the South Hall, this station is located aboveground • Central Station – Outside the Central Hall Main Entrance, this station is located below ground and is accessible via escalator or elevator • West Station – At the Southwest side of the West Hall, this station is located aboveground • Riviera Station – At the Northwest side of the West Hall closest to Elvis Presley Blvd., with direct access to Resorts World. This station is located aboveground. Uber/Lyft Uber/Lyft service is available at the LVCC in designated areas in the Blue Lot behind the Central Hall, outside the West Hall, and in Bronze Lot 1 next to the South Hall and behind the Renaissance Hotel. Taxis Taxi service at the LVCC is available curbside at the designated Taxi Stands outside the North, West, and South Halls. If you are planning on using a taxi service to get around, keep the following in mind: • The base fare is $3.50, plus $3.15 for each mile. • The maximum number of passengers permitted in a Las Vegas taxicab is five (5). Official Hotel Shuttles Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided between all official IBS and KBIS hotels and the LVCC on Tuesday, January 31 – Thursday, February 2, excepting properties within walking distance of the LVCC. Special Event Shuttles Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided from all official IBS and KBIS hotels to the Westgate for the 2023 DCW Opening Ceremonies. Complimentary shuttle bus service will also be provided from the Westgate to all official IBS and KBIS hotels after the DCW Closing Concert, except for properties that are within walking distance of the LVCC.
