She was the Senior Safety Engineer for Allegiant Stadium (home of the Las Vegas Raiders) and kept her jobsite open every day during the height of the pandemic. Sowinski is now the Senior Safety Manager overseeing the world’s largest solar + storage project in Southern California. You will learn about the path she took to her dream job, what challenges she sees for women in the industry and her recommendations for safer and more inclusive construction on the job site.
