2 Welcome to the 2023 International Builders’ Show ® . It’s great to be back in Las Vegas. The Builders’ Show is the best place to find the most innovative products, dynamic educational programs and amazing networking events where you can share ideas with the best minds in the business. Your IBS registration gives you access to the exhibit floor where you will find exciting new products and services from top manufacturers and suppliers showing their wares across more than a half million square feet of exhibition space. And this year we are celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the co-location of the Builders’ Show with the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show ® (KBIS) as part of Design and Construction Week ® (DCW)! The National Hardware Show (NHS) will also co-date with DCW in 2023, allowing attendees to explore even more products and opportunities to grow their businesses and maintain their competitive edge in the market. Also co-dating with DCW in 2023 is The International Surface Event (TISE), the largest North American floor covering, stone, and tile industry event, and the Las Vegas Winter Market (LVM), the leading home furnishings and gift market in the western United States. DCW 2023 will feature over 1,500 exhibitors spanning one million square feet of exhibit space, making it the world’s largest annual gathering for the residential construction industry. Fast, free shuttles will connect IBS, KBIS and NHS, which will all be held in the Las Vegas Convention Center, with TISE over at Mandalay Bay and LVM, which will be held at the Las Vegas World Market Center. IBS 2023 will feature more than 100 education sessions, all taught by top experts from across the industry. Those who register for an Expo+Education pass will get three-day access to all IBS education sessions and three-day entry to all five show’s exhibit floors. New for IBS 2023, “Super Sessions” will transform three of the most popular IBS programs into super-charged educational experiences. And “Learning Labs” will host fast-paced sessions using unique presentation formats with interactive technology, audience participation and more. Plus, on the exhibit floor, the 2023 show will feature twice as many demos with two Building Zone locations. Additional highlights for attendees will include the opportunity to hear from Mike Rowe, host of “Dirty Jobs” and known as the “dirtiest man on TV,” who will headline the DCW Opening Ceremonies on Jan. 31. IBS registrants should also plan to visit the exciting outdoor exhibits, including the Pro Builder Show Village, as well as NAHB’s show home – The New American Home. And several parties, including the Official IBS House Party, the IBS Young Pro Party and the DCW Closing Concert, are all perfect opportunities for show attendees to unwind and meet new friends.
