Monorail The Las Vegas Monorail is a safe, clean and reliable way to travel between the LVCC and the following hotels: MGM Grand, Horseshoe, Paris, Flamingo, Harrah’s, The LINQ, Westgate and Sahara. Monorail passes purchased through IBS registration will be linked to your IBS badge. To add a monorail pass to your badge onsite, log back into your registration record online or visit any IBS Attendee Registration counter. The pass is embedded in the QR code on the badge, therefore no reprint is required. As you approach the Center, follow the directions of the traffic control officers to find the quickest and easiest access to parking. FEE: $15 per car* (Includes Single Day Re-Entry Privileges) A comprehensive exit plan has been developed to help alleviate traffic congestion when the show closes. Overnight parking is not permitted. Vehicles left on the property overnight will be towed at the owner’s risk and expense. *Only debit and credit cards will be accepted for paid parking. No cash. Transportation The Las Vegas Loop The LVCC operates The Loop as a fast, convenient way to get around the Convention Center. A show badge is required to board. Attendees can access The Loop at the LVCC at the following stations: • Central Station – Outside the Central Hall Main Entrance, this station is located below ground and is accessible via escalator or elevator (this is the closest station to the South Hall entrance). • West Station – At the Southwest side of the West Hall, this station is located above ground. • South Station – Back end of the South Hall, this station is located above ground. Note: There is no entrance to IBS or KBIS at this end of the Hall. Use the Central Station to enter the front of the South Hall. • Riviera Station – At the Northwest side of the West Hall closest to Elvis Presley Drive, with direct access to Resorts World*. This station is located above ground. * There is currently no charge to travel between stations at the LVCC or from the LVCC to Resorts World Station. Rides from Resorts World to the LVCC cost $5.00 for a day pass. Uber/Lyft Uber/Lyft service is available at the LVCC in designated areas in the Blue Lot behind the Central Hall, in Bronze Lot 1 next to the South Hall and behind the Renaissance Hotel, and in the Diamond Lot outside West Hall. Taxis Taxi service at the LVCC is available curbside at the designated Taxi Stands in front of the Central, West and South Halls. If you are planning on using a taxi service to get around, keep the following in mind: • The base fare is $3.50, plus $3.15 for each mile. • The maximum number of passengers permitted in a Las Vegas taxicab is five (5). Official Hotel Shuttles Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided between all official IBS and KBIS hotels and the LVCC on Tuesday, February 25 – Thursday, February 27, except for properties within walking distance of the LVCC.
