As an expert in your industry, can you share any tips on how to keep your Air Conditioning running well as well as recognizing the signs when it’s time to upgrade your system? Typically, an air conditioning unit here in the Coachella Valley can last anywhere between 10-15 years. With that being said, it’s important to maintain your unit with yearly maintenance as that can make a huge difference in the life expectancy of your unit as well as performance during the extreme heat we have here in the Coachella Valley. For example, clogged filters, dirty outdoor coils and low refrigerant levels are all critical to your systems overall performance. If you hear your unit is noticeably noisier than usual, that means it’s pushing itself to its max to keep up and possibly time to look into an upgrade. Can anybody really ‘Call Paul’ and speak with you directly? The simple answer is Yes! The main reason why Comfort Air has been so successful is because I’m not afraid to make my myself accessible to all our customers, whether they’re new or existing customers that I’ve been doing business with for many years. Building a strong team and taking care of all our customers. I am incredibly fortunate to have great technicians, installers, and management, but also, the opportunity to personally get involved with my customers is one thing that really separates ourselves from others in our industry. Are there any incentives you are currently offering for your customers? We have a couple specials running right now. We have excellent financing plans with low payments available and we have cash discounts on all our different brands we offer. Also, if you are a first-time customer, we’d like to know a little more about how your system is performing and offer free in-home estimates. What brands do you carry right now? We’re proud to serve our customers as their #1 Amana and Lennox service provider here in the Coachella Valley. How has Comfort been involved with the community lately? It’s nice when customers take notice of our television commercials, but what’s even better is when I reach out to the community and people get to know me on a more personal level. We have been busy this past year working with Pegasus Therapeutic riding center which is a wonderful charitable organization elevating the capabilities with kids and adults with disabilities through therapeutic horseback riding. We were also involved with sponsoring the Christmas tree lighting event benefitting Cathedral City as well as donating toys to Palm Springs Unified School District. We’ve also had the pleasure working with the Palm Desert Food & Wine Festival where proceeds are donated to the Find Food Bank. Working with the community and giving back has to be one of the most fulfilling points in my business career. We hope to partner with more charitable organizations in the future. The HVAC workplace is becoming incredibly popular, do you have any advice to those who are trying to get started in the industry? There are many different trade schools in the Coachella Valley that offer excellent technical training. We also mentor different students every year and offer them hands-on training.
