Why did you decide to do a DPC? We decided to model our practice after a new concept in healthcare, called, “Direct Primary Care (DPC)” due to our frustrations with the traditional healthcare model. In our medical journey, we witnessed patient dissatisfaction stemming from long wait times, brief appointments, and limited doctor-patient interaction. Seeking a more fulfilling patient ca e approach, we transitioned to DPC to prioritize quality time, comprehensive care, and positive health outcomes, diverging from the inefficiencie and frustrations of traditional healthcare. How is Direct Primary Care different? Access: At Exordium Medical Group You have your physician’s phone number making communicating with your physician, and appointment scheduling quick and convenient. Flexibility: We offer both in-person and virtual visit options for our patients and with special exceptions, these can occur outside regular hours of operation. Affordability Memberships for our DPC are $125 per month and there is a one time $175 enrollment fee. We also provide affo dable contracted cash price labs through Quest Diagnostics for those who don’t have health insurance or who have high deductibles. Note: aesthetic services are not covered in the primary care membership, however they can be purchased separately. Communication: You have direct access to communicate with your doctor. Need something? Pick up the phone to call or text and receive a response back. It is that simple. Stress Free: No long waits for anxiety provoking concerns. No feeling of being pressed for time during visits. Holistic: During our first appointment we take the time to learn all about you and work to try and address all of your concerns. We take a multidimensional approach to our patients by taking into consideration: lifestyle, our patients’ physical and emotional demands, their diet and exercise habits. We offer continuous support and follow-up as you embark on your journey to optimal health. Can I use my health insurance? You can use your insurance for blood work, imaging, prescriptions, and consultations with specialists. We do not bill your insurance directly, instead you pay us directly through your monthly membership fee. When you are seen for a medical condition or an annual visit/check up, we can provide you with a Superbill that you can then submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. This bypasses insurance bureaucracy, reducing administrative costs and allows for more personalized, efficient c e. How do you integrate primary care and aesthetics? Our practice model emphasizes holistic well-being. Patients benefit f om comprehensive evaluations that address both their health and aesthetic concerns.
