Transitional design is mixing traditional and contemporary pieces. There is an art to mixing styles. When you get it right, you create a “wow” moment that is classic, timeless and takes your breath away every time you look at it. How do you feel about formal living and dining rooms? I don’t believe in having an unusable room for show. I like to design rooms that are welcoming and usable. You can and should have functional rooms that are still fabulous. How do you feel about trends in design and furniture?
